The problem of traffic jams in Russia and especially in Moscow usually seems to be unsolvable. However there are fewer cars than in London or New York. Who is to be blamed, authorities or drivers? What is the reason of traffic jams, incompetent traffic management or poor driving culture?
It is legal to drive a car since 16 in our country being accompanied by an adult only. With that, learning to drive is legal since 14 after obtaining a first time passport. The ambiguity of law frequently leads to such cases when people get behind the wheel without any licenses. Is it reasonable to follow the US instance and lower the age limit for the drivers?
This talk show produced by RWS by commission of Stream Television company is devoted to the most acute problems of drivers and pedestrians. Issues discussed during the program releases concern important subjects on the city traffic management, civil responsibility of drivers and pedestrians, choice of servicing and insurance coverage for a car, and complicated relations between drivers and road police.
