Synopsis
What can a fierce struggle between gangs and government agencies for gaining control over a small border town lead to? What can stop a flow of arms and drugs streaming through this gap in the border? How can the only honest person prevent gangs from becoming the only authority in the town?
Gangs are trying to seize the control over a small border port town. The town can turn into a channel for arms and drug trafficking. In order to turn the plan into reality, the gang nominates its candidate for the next mayor elections. Their rivals, government agencies, have their own candidate. Wanting to destroy the gang’s plan, they plant a mole inside the crime family. The mole, a seasoned detective named Vestnikov, will have to learn evil plans of the criminals. Friends will disappoint him but he will discover help from an unexpected source.
