The Gift
What would you do if you possessed the gift of foresight? Would you genuinely and unselfishly help others, make money for making predictions, or would you just buy the winning lottery ticket?
Kseniya, the main character, lives in a small town. She is young and full of hope for a happy life. But a fire in her house and the death of the only close person, her Grandpa, shatter her hopes. Before dying, her Grandpa confesses to her that their whole family possesses a special gift, the gift of foresight. Moreover, Kseniya’s father isn’t dead, as she’s been told; he left them because his gift became a curse for him. After burying her Grandpa, Kseniya sets out to look for her father.
