RWS SIGNED COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH FEDERAL FUND FOR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SUPPORT TO NATIONAL CINEMATOGRAPHY
Russian World Studios, one of the leading film and television production companies in Russia, signed cooperation agreement with Federal Fund for Social and Economic Support to National Cinematography. The document was signed within the bounds of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum by Sergei Tolstikov, Fund CEO, and Yuri Sapronov, Russian World Studios CEO.

The goals of the partnership are:
· To help State realize socio-economic projects in the field of national cinematography
· To involve Russian and foreign investors to finance the production, distribution and showing national films in cinemas
· To involve sponsors for support professionals working in the field of cinematography
"Revival of the Russian film industry is a very important task. The main objectives of the Fund are: to support national cinema, to enhance the competitiveness of Russian films, popularization of national films in Russia and abroad. We chose RWS as our strategic partner because the company has production, financial and human resources which can help us to implement the film industry reform", Sergei Tolstikov, Fund CEO explains.
According to Yuri Sapronov, Russian World Studios CEO: "State's participation is very important for Russian film industry. It can help realize a lot of significant projects, including international and make our film industry stronger".
