Give a “Word to Woman”!

“Woman’s Word” TV series, as it is declared in the title, is devoted to women. For many years Valentina, faithful wife and diligent housekeeper, has been closing her eyes to her husband’s (Alexander Peskov) unfaithfulness. But his affair with young and sexual Tamara (Anna Lutseva) is the last straw.

Valentina files for divorce and claims to share not only property but business as well. Unfaithful husband agrees with all claims and assigns her an unprofitable bakery chain having no regrets. He has no idea that his obedient wife has got such an entrepreneurial talent. With assistance of her three friends, CFO Anastasia (Irina Sotnikova), PR-agent Polina (Anastasia Dyukova) and student Rita (Anna Arefieva) Valentina manages to only to save the business but to make it profitable. Though not everyone is glad for success of these shrewd and talented women.

In the series continuation the women characters has to overcome many disappointments and ordeals, i.e. friends’ betrayal, beloveds’ deceits, enviers’ wile and even rivals’ criminal intrigues. Will these four women manage to win at every front? Will they gain happiness and prove that they are able to be not only faithful wives and passionate lovers but to run their own business?
