Olga Sinelshchikova, International Vice President of Russian World Studios, one of the leading film and television production companies in Russia, oversees all international operations for the company, including film and television projects, format and equipment acquisitions. She has been at Russian World Studios since 2001, when she started as an international operations manager. In 2005 she was promoted to head of international operations, and in 2007, to her current position.

During her tenure at RWS, Sinelshchikova has brought several high-profile international productions to the company, including the RWS co-production “The Spirit,” Joseph Fiennes’ directorial debut, winner of the Cinema for Peace Award for Best Film at Berlinale 2008; “Icon,” starring Patrick Swayze, a co-production with Hallmark Entertainment and Larry Levinson Productions; and “Half-Life of Timofey Berezin,” starring Radha Mitchell, produced by Beacon Pictures and HBO Films.

She has served as a producer on “The Spirit”, and as an associate producer on several projects, including the feature films “Kaleidoscope,” “Antidope,” as well as the television series “Atlantis,” Best TV Drama Series nomination at Monte Carlo Television Festival 2008, and Best Telenovela and Serial Program nomination at BANFF World Television Festival 2008 in Canada; “Young and Wicked,” “Pain,” Best TV Drama Series nomination at Monte Carlo Television Festival 2007, Best TV Drama Series nomination at Seoul Drama Awards 2007; and “Zona,” Best TV Drama Series nomination at Monte Carlo Television Festival 2006.

Prior to joining RWS, she was an international operations manager at the telecommunications company VID.

Sinelshchikova holds a degree in journalism and advertising from Moscow State University.
